Calendar of Events for GYB
  
Registration Information
GYB ages are 4-12
 You must turn 5 by December 31st  2010 to play TBall
You can not be 13 before May1st  2010 to play Majors

League Fees are the following:
Minors and Majors cost = $120.00
Rookies and TBall cost = $115.00
This payment is due at sign ups

New Players will need the following documents
* Birth Certificate
*Parents need valid Indiana ID or License
*Copy of Nipsco bill and Water bill
This information is needed at time of sign ups
You do not need copies we just need to verify at time of
sign ups.

Late Sign Up additional cost to be added $20

 Players need to be dressed in sweats or baseball clothes
Wear sneakers, boys need to have a cup on, you need to have your
own mitt and if you have a bat and helmet bring it.
 
March 6th
Major League Tryouts
GHS Fieldhouse 5-7 p.m.
You need to be at the fieldhouse
15 minutes earlier to check in.
Players need to be dressed in sweats or baseball clothes.
Wear sneakers, boys need to have a cup on, you need to have your
own mitt and if you have a bat and helmet bring it.

  1 Drink ticket per person
Check in is at 9:45 p.m.
Bowling starts around 10:15 - 10:30 p.m.

Board Meeting at Gino's East in Highland
This meeting is for all Managers
Time is 6:15 p.m. General and Board Meeting
Major League Draft 7:30 p.m.
Only Major League Managers, Senior Coaches,
 Major League Player Agent, Secretary and President should be at the
Major League Draft

March 29th
First Day of Major League Practice

April 4th
Easter Sunday

April 5th
First Day of Minors and Rookies Practice

April 9th
Team Parent Meeting
Upstairs in the concession stand
Time 7:30 p.m.

April 11th
Board and General Meeting
Upstairs in Board Room
Time 6:30 p.m.

the Major League Field at 8:45 a.m.
Opening Ceremonies start at 9:00 a.m.

Game starts at 2:00 p.m.
Players need to wear their jerseys to go
